## Policies
- No pets of any kind
- No smoking anywhere on property
- No drones, fireworks, or personal fire pits
- Check-in: 4pm (Apr-Oct), 3pm (Nov-Mar)
- Check-out: 10am
- Minimum stay: 7 nights mid-June–Labor Day, 3 nights May/Sep-Oct 15/holidays, 2 nights otherwise (Beachcomber always 3-night min)
- 50% deposit required; $25 cancellation fee
- No TVs, telephones, or internet in cabins
