Do you want to know about your reservation? We can only work with the guests who are arriving with in the next 10 days due to the constantly changing regulations. Please do not contact us for any reservations farther out than this as we do not have the answers. We appreciate your patience.

Please visit the San Juan County website or the Visitors Bureau for the most up to date details. We are currently in Modified Phase 2 with 50% occupancy ( approx. 55 people ). The capacities are as follows: one bedrooms , Stargazer and balcony apartments (2 guests), two bedrooms (4 guests), 3 bedrooms (6 guests), Beachcomber (8 guests), Lower Lodge (4 guests). If a 3 bedroom only has 5 guests then that allows for another cabin to have an additional guest and so on….so we ask our guests to inform us of how many they plan to bring.

What happens if your reservation is canceled due to covid-19 restrictions? If you chose to cancel on your own, normal cancellation policy applies and we cannot keep your spot for next year unless you fill it. We will contact you via email with the following choices as soon as we know:

We are happy to move your deposit to your reservation slot for next year or a gift certificate toward any future reservation. The majority of our guests are regulars who we enjoy seeing year after year. If you would like a full refund, instead of moving your deposit as a credit, we cannot rebook your reservation for next year. You will be refunded excluding the $25 processing fee.

Many guests from the Spring cancellations offered to move half of their deposit to next year and donate the other half to our recovery fund. This will help cover our 2020 expenses as we have had close to $170,000 in revenue loss since late March. Other loyal guests have contacted us about making a donation to help cover our losses even if they aren’t scheduled to stay. If you would like to make a contribution of any kind we are happy to arrange it. We understand this might not be realistic for some as many are suffering similar financial hardship. We are grateful for any support and are feeling the love. Thank you and we hope to see you all as soon as it is deemed safe.

Rest assured that we will be cleaning and disinfecting the cabins and common areas as guided by the CDC. We’ve always been fanatical about the cleanliness of our rooms and this hasn’t changed. From door knobs to counter tops, floors and doors, we’re cleaning and disinfecting as always with extra details and products required by the CDC. Our staff will wear protective masks and gloves at all times and we will have signage posted for guests to maintain social distancing when outside of their cabins. We will have an envelope posted on the office door with your cabin key and info and can accept payment over the phone or use your card on file for no contact payments. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding our protocol. We look forward to providing you the peaceful and relaxing escape that you are used to.
